Indian Masala Tea


Ingredients:

Black tea - 2 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Cardamom - 4 pcs.

Black peppercorns - 5 pcs.

Cinnamon - 1 stick

Dry ginger - 0.5 tsp.

Sugar - 2 tsp.

Water - 0.5 cups


Grind cinnamon, pepper and cardamom. Add dry ginger to the chopped spices. Pour water into a saucepan, add chopped spices and tea.

Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for about a minute.

Add milk to the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add sugar and boil Masala tea with milk and spices for another 1 minute. Serve masala tea hot, pouring it into cups with a strainer.
